PENTENS T-810S Isothermal Mortar
PENTENS T-810S contains aggregate that is natural or synthetic which weighs less than others. The lightweight is due to the cellular or high internal porous microstructure,
which gives this type of aggregate a low bulk specific gravity. PENTENS T-810S is used for exterior wall, a substantial reduction in heating cost results.

APPLICATION
Surface Preparation
All the surfaces, joint between slab and wall must be clean, free from grease, oil, laitance, and remove all the dirt and contaminants, which might affect adhesion.
Mixing
Add PENTENS T-810S (10 kg powder) gradually to the PENTENS T-007 (1.5 kg resin) and water (4.5 kg) mix thoroughly until it blends completely with cement compound. Use
mixture within 60 minutes.
Application
Substrate should be coating with the cement binder to reinforce the adhesion between the concrete and PENTENS T-810S.
The mixed PENTENS T-810S applied with the use of a trowel and then smoothed into position.
For optimum performance, each coat should not be applied more than 1.0 cm.
The second coat may be applied as soon as the first coat has initially dried (typically 24 to 48 hours). The time will be dependent on the type of surface and the ambient conditions.
SAFETY
Impervious gloves and barrier cream should be used when handling these products.
Eye protection should be worn. In case of contact with eyes, wash thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical advice if symptoms persist.
If contact with skin occurs, it must be removed before curing takes place.
Wash off with an industrial skin clearer followed by plenty of soap and water. Do not use solvent.
Ensure adequate ventilation when using these products.
